Add More Assignments to Brightspace

After initially importing your WebAssign assignments to Brightspace®, it is possible to import additional assignments by making all other assignments unavailable temporarily in WebAssign before downloading a new package for import to Brightspace.

Important Do not import the same WebAssign assignments more than once to Brightspace. Doing so will cause syncing problems.

In WebAssign, make all assignments unavailable except for those you want to add to Brightspace.

Tip You might want to do this at a time when few students will be working on assignments, such as a Saturday or early in the morning.
1. On your My Classes page, click Reschedule Assignments above the assignment list.
2. If needed, expand the sections for past, current, or future assignments.
3. For each assignment you want to unschedule, set Available to NO.
4. Click Save.
Download a package with your new assignments and upload it to Brightspace as described in Add WebAssign Assignments to Brightspace.

The assignments you made unavailable assignments are not included in the package, and your new assignments are added to Brightspace.
Make your assignments available again in WebAssign.
1. On your My Classes page, click Reschedule Assignments above the assignment list.
2. If needed, expand the sections for past, current, or future assignments.
3. For each assignment you want to reschedule, set Available to YES.
4. Click Save.
