You can send email messages from WebAssign to your students and instructors with student access. You can also receive an email message that lets you know when you receive an Ask Your Teacher request, a private message, or an extension request.
Email notifications can make it easier for you to keep up with student requests, because you do not have to sign in to WebAssign to see if any of your students are waiting for help or need an extension.
Note You need a valid email address in WebAssign

your Cengage profile.
