Add a Link to Technical Support

After linking your Blackboard® and WebAssign courses, add a Cengage technical support link in the same way as adding links to WebAssign activities. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of activities.

Prerequisites
Integrate WebAssign With Your Blackboard Course
This feature is not available to instructors using the old Blackboard integration.
  1. Open your Blackboard course.
  2. Go to a content area in your course and open the Content Market.
    • Blackboard Original: Click Partner Content > Content Market.
    • Blackboard Ultra: Click + > Content Market.
  3. Click the Cengage tool.

    A list of assigned activities for your linked WebAssign course is shown.

  4. At the bottom of the list of activities, select the Cengage Technical Support link.
  5. Click Confirm, review your selection, and click Save.
  6. Blackboard Original: Review the settings, select where to put your course links, and click Submit.

The content page displays all the links you have added to your WebAssign course and activities.

If needed, you can reorganize the links in Blackboard.
