The Clear All and No Solution buttons in the graphing tool do not work in Firefox.
Note Supported browsers other than Firefox are not affected by this issue.
The graphing tool requires dialog boxes to complete actions like Clear All and No Solution. Firefox sometimes prompts you to select Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs, which blocks dialog boxes. If you selected this option, follow these steps to change your browser settings:
- Open the main menu in Firefox.
- Click .
- Scroll down to Permissions.
- Next to Block pop-up windows, click Exceptions.
- Under Address of website, enter webassign.net and click .
- Refresh WebAssign.
