- Software Checklist
- Diskette(s) containing all files needed to run the software
- Files can be compressed
- Submission Letter Checklist
- Name, address, and phone number of author who will serve
as the contact person
- Statement designating to whom royalties should be paid, in
compliance with any rules of the author's institution
- List of any similar existing software packages, with an explanation
of how the submitted program is different or better
- Submission Package Checklist
- Submission letter
- Software-one copy
- Documentation-one copy
- Photocopy of license agreements for any third-party software
that is used with your software (including compilers)
