No nonsense. No frills. No hassle. Mathplot is the workhorse of computer plotting programs. Using up to 200 data points, Mathplot can calculate statistical parameters, fit least-squares polynomials, numerically integrate under a curve, and calculate and plot Fourier spectra and Bessel functions. It will plot and compare a user-specified function with a data set, solve up to 12 simultaneous equations, and invert matrices of order up to 12. Results are displayed both graphically and numerically.
Mathplot is accurate and easy to use. The program is menu-driven, so you don't even have to remember commands. Simplicity and versatility make Mathplot the ideal choice for students and professionals alike. 60 pp.
System requirements:
Your computer system and hardware configuration should be an
IBM PC, XT,AT, or PS/2 computer with the following features:
- Hercules, CGA, MCGA, EGA or VGA graphics
- Minimum memory of 256 K
- DOS 2.0 or higher
- Math coprocessor (recommended)
- Printer (recommended)
Printing graphics requires an IBM Proprinter, HP, Epson or dot-matrix printer, inkjet or laser printer. IBM PC versions of Physics Academic Software programs may not operate on non-IBM personal computers and peripherals.
