Importing GradeBook Settings

WebAssign has just released a feature that helps you set up the grade book for your class. Now you can use the settings from an old class when you setup the GradeBook for your current classes--in one easy step!

Many instructors are now using WebAssign's full featured GradeBook to let their students know how they are doing. WebAssign's GradeBook Wizard guides you through a series of steps to help you set it up just the way you want it. But once you have setup one grade book, you often would like to use the same settings in another class. Now you can do it!

When you start the wizard for a new class, you will see a New choice on the opening screen:

Use WebAssign's GradeBook--Import my settings from another class.

If you choose to import settings, you will be taken to a page with access to all your classes that have a GradeBook.

Then all you have to do is choose the class, click Next and Save. Before you save, you are shown the summary page for the imported settings. And of course, you can change any setting later in the Settings Window.
