A new "Email Selected" link has been added to the ScoreView and Roster
pages.
To use this feature, select desired students/faculty
and click "Email Selected" to pop up a confirmation
window. In this new window either choose "Send using comma
separators" (for most mail clients) or "Send using semicolon
separators" if your mail client*
uses semicolons.
Clicking either of these links will open a new
email message in your mail program with the "To:", "Bcc:", and "Subject:"
fields prepopulated. Student email addresses are put into "Bcc:"
so that they do not see the other addresses. You can change the
subject line before sending.

* Suggestion: try "with
commas" first. If the addresses fields aren't filled in properly,
you might need to use semicolons. Some versions of Outlook use
semicolons.
